Flight Benefits are the only reason for working for this company in this position. Offer stand-by flights for employee and immediate family free.

Cons

Max pay rate is nowhere near what it should be. Company does not value employees in the least bit. I have worked in the industry for 5 years and has steadily decreased for regional employees. Pay is continually cut and benefits decreased. They expect more work with less employees for less pay.

Good flight benefits, ability for those who love aviation to work around aircraft. Good advancement opportunities and increased seniority, as people are constantly leaving.

Cons

No personal time off awarded, has to be elected as an annual "bonus," horrible health care benefits, low pay. Little support from above.
