Pros

Flight benefits, extremely fast work environment, and hard working people who are like family

Cons

Although all the other reviews except the ones the headquarters high-ups posted are correct, there is one major thing missing! The customers! Now, this company IS DELTA. I dont care what anyone says, its Deltas way to control but lower its employee costs. Anyway, thats not to worst part. I worked for Delta and loved my job as well as working with the customers. I still work with those same customers whom I love to work with and care about but now with Delta's DGS Wholly Owned Subsidiary. The pay and the worst management you could ever imagine along with seriously bad organization cause high turnovers. Because of this we have people running the counter who dont know how to do any more then what the Kiosks can do. Even worse, most these people have 0% customer service skills! This means its Delta's customers who are getting the other end of the shaft here! Doesn't Delta care??? This amazing company I loved so much is doing this to the customers and "team members", "internal customers"!

Pros

Flight benefits but u get 2 to last priority ahead of buddy passes on standby list, easy to advance ,seen a lot of people advance to lead in less than 6 months but along with that comes a lot of responsibility

Cons

Low pay ,and understaffed, the raises they offer is 35 cents when you work there for more than 9 months,u max out at 8.75 that's 33 months or close to that, u are a easily replaceable as they tend to remind you, equipment they have is a joke, training is a joke ,they put u in a computer for 1 week and throw u out there ,it's pretty hard job for average person so if Your not willing to go along with that your going to get a good beating

Pros

Flight benefits was the only thing good there when you could use them.

Cons

Training - inadequate Treatment - poor almost uncaring Rules - make them up as they go along, accuse the wrong person for things done. Pay - never right always short.
