Pros

Physical work thats great for the body. Fun work outside. Flight benefits are interesting. work in a secure environment. Bags don't talk to you or be rude

Cons

Physical work thats bad for the body. Hot/Cold work outside. No time to use your flight benefits. Get searched by TSA every so often...Bags are really awkward and heavy sometimes

Pros

Flight benefits for the most part

Cons

Poor pay for the amount of work, poor management, poor staffing, extremely high turnover rate due to what I just explained.

Pros

okay flight benefits. The people that you work with are generally nice, but no one really sticks around long enough to get to know them. I have seen at least 20 people leave in a yr and a half of working at a small airport.

Cons

Pay is a joke especially compared to Delta. They get profit sharing, s2's, higher normal standby levels even for retirees, fly confirmed for less, and buddy passes for doing the same tasks.
