Pros

You get "flight benefits" if you pay an initiation fee. It really isn't worth it though, because they work you like a dog, so you have zero time off to travel. You're also at the bottom of a stand-by list- so good luck with getting back home.

Cons

They work you like a dog, pay you peanuts, the management is a joke, it's a hostile working environment, and you're assigned the same job duties as a ramp agent with any other airline- except you don't get paid or get any of the great benefits you'd get with other real airline jobs. Plus! They make you clean on top of all your other tiring ramp duties. Worst job I've ever had.

-Flight Benefits are great. Never thought I would work for a company that offers such a cool benefit. -Great leadership potential to an extent. If you want to move up, the company is growing like crazy. But corporate seems to remain small, so not too much growth.

Cons

Due to the type of company, there is sometimes miscommunication or different standards/goals airport to airport. Pay is not great. It is a great place if you have another source of income or live with low expenses. Weather and mechanical delays can really effect your work day.
