You get to work outside all day, my coworkers are a ton of fun to work with. they're flexible with scheduling. This is honestly the first job I enjoy going to so half the time it doesn't even seem like work.

Cons

not gonna lie the pay isn't the greatest. it would be hard to make a living off it but most people only work a few hours a week for DGS and they have another job that pays well.
