Flight benefits... Until they weren't really benefits anymore

Cons

Low salary which was supposed to be countered by the amazing benefits. Not worth it at all. Takes sometimes 2 or 3 days to even get to your destination because the standbys are so bad and we are the very bottom priority level! It causes more stress and costs more money than the experience is worth. They work employees to the bone with out any regard to their lack of work/home life balance and so not give raises to account for the additional 20-30 hours a week over the salaried 40 (including weekends) that it takes to reach their ridiculous deadlines. Employees have been dropping like flies for the past few months and I expect it will continue until the whole company goes under.

Pros

Some say flight benefits on Delta, but this is certainly not true.

Cons

EXTREMELY LOW PAY WHEN EXPECTED TO PERFORM IDENTICALLY TO MAINLINE EMPLOYEES!!! Completely isolated from corporate services such as HR and Payroll. Lack of leadership in station management.
