Bad pay Little to no flying benefits, not worth it for standby Supervisors make the job more difficult by micromanaging Too much responsibility for the pay Some awful passengers Under staffed Seniority doesn’t really do anything for the days you want off

Over worked No family time Over turn rate extremely high I’m surprise no one has investigated them Pay is Low for the work you are doing and customers your dealing with / other airlines are laughing at you They only move up their friends everyone else are work horses Management doesn’t care about you at all so do even try HR does nothing to help you and it takes weeks to fix issues regarding your check Benefits are terrible makes you ask what’s the point for working for a airline Mental and emotional abuse that til this day that place hunts me When customers beat you up they don’t ask how are you doing they ask when are you coming back to work And when you place in 2 weeks notice they get their revenge against you but putting you on the hard floor to hurt your feet They are officially the worst company in Nevada and the airline you under is Spirit that name speaks for it self too Spirit Airlines I will never fly with them after the things I’ve seen in my 4 years
