Was flight benefits but new hires have poor benefits. Fast to promote because most people don't want to be in leadership. You can get arrested with drugs in TSA line and not lose your job

Cons

Pay. No accountability from bottom to top Management fabricate records to cover @s$ Management instructs people to fabricate/falsify records Drug use in workplace goes unaddressed. Unsafe practices go unaddressed Poor mgmt and leadership because of all the problems. Inexperienced people only ones willing to take promotion Aviation safety issues not taken seriously New hires that could be good quickly see leadership is bad and others don't care or are bad workers so soon drop to that level Leadership and mamagrmt instruct subordinates to do unsafe things. Lots of training, but clear policy and procedure is regularly ignored. People who bring problems to light are retaliated against HR is a joke

Pros

Great employees, it’s a miracle some have stayed despite the turbulence.

Cons

Staff got trained and then immediately left for another airline. Pay is paltry, flight benefits are yield fare and the lowest standby tier. Turnover in management was unreal.
