Pros

The Training provided was top notch. A beginner would do well, and an experienced agent would gain a great review. Nice Equipment and Aircraft.

Cons

They publish Flight Benefits, and that's true. Don't get your hopes up. Your priority listing is lower than a more senior agents friend. Just an FYI!

Pros

Flexibility in your schedule Hybrid work from home model

Cons

Executive leaders and upper level management are rude. Most leaders came to work here from the same company and continue to hire more of their friends. Benefits are a joke- you don't receive PTO for a year, health insurance is expensive, flight benefit aren't free you have to pay to fly stand by when you could buy a confirmed ticket for the same price on another airline. Wildly disorganized, departments almost run as if they are completely separate companies which no clue what each other are doing. You will likely never see a significant raise, it's usually around a 2-3% annual increase in salary each year. There are so many great companies headquartered in ATL, go work there.

Pros

Flight benefits. That is it!

Cons

1. Inhumane work conditions. (Not enough seating in the back of the dingy, dark, dank, rusty, roach infested trucks. With no heating or air conditioning, we are exposed to elements with no sufficient gear provided by the company. 2. Pay is a joke. Absolute joke for the unrealistic expectations. 3. High turnover rate. 4. Mandatory overtime. Was told shift is 8 hours but it is more like 10 -12 hours a day, even 14 some days. They threaten to take your badge if you do leave at your scheduled time. 5. Employee appreciation is non-existent. 6. Emotionally and mentally TOXIC work environment. 7. Huge disconnect between hiring center, on site HR, management and workers. 8. They hire ANYONE as Cabin Agents. A lot of people with weak work ethic doing below the bare minimum of their job description. 9. Lack of concern for safety. They claim they care, but if they did, we would be better taken care of. From the very top to middle management, they don't care about the people slaving for them, especially the overnight crew. 10. MORALE? There is none.
