"Big brother" unnecessarily made the work environment very tense at times, which caused a negative ripple effect throughout the rest of the staff.

Its a fun environment, that allows you to grow from a sales Point of view, and helps your face to face costumer service skills.

Cons

The place I worked at had concrete floors. This means walking around non-stop for 8-12 hours, it can be brutal on the feet if you don't buy the right shoes.
