Pros

The Under Armour Brand is absolutely amazing. Working at the Retail Store level can be challenging but so is most retail work. Under Armour thrives on being the underdog which is such an inspiring thing. The Brand Mission: Make all athletes better through passion, design, and the relentless persuit of innovation." Who wouldnt buy into that?!?

Cons

Zero ability to grow. To move from the Retail Fleet to Corporate is luck of the draw. They constantly say you need expereince to be able to obtain even entry level corporate positions but dont offer any way of gaining that experience at all. Like I said they are a great Brand but the growing pains are excrutiating. Its really sad but they are losing a ton of great people because of it. You would think getting expereince in the stores would be beneficial but then they hire interns and kids right out of college with no expereince over people with years of store expereince. They constantly harp on how they promote from within which isnt really true at all and they have no system to actually develop the people they have. It encourages a lot of people to leave and try to get experience elsewhere in hopes they can one day come back...that is if the new companies they leave too dont treat them too well to want to go back to UA.
