Pros

You get a 50% employee discount on everything throughout the whole store. Who doesn't love a good discount??

Cons

The only downside I had at my store was the I wasn't paid fairly due to my title at my workplace. Sales Associates had a higher pay than I did.

Pros

company on the rise, innovative technologies, fun environment, athletic feel. The atmosphere is fast-paced, and suits athletes/gym-goers well.

Cons

Must have the ability to move around quickly, and meet strict deadlines. Deadlines include daily and hourly tasks. You may often experience times where your location is understaffed, and must accommodate regardless.
