Pros

Discounts were great. I love the military support and the product under armour puts out. I think it is a great company and I love where it is going. There is a lot improve though.

Cons

Hours were not available. Minimum wage jobs are never filled with motivated people. The company projected our store to do much better than what was anticipated.

Pros

Great brand. Growing rapidly. Fully invested CEO. Ability to move forward with company. Great benefits stock options and discounts.

Cons

No work life balance. Higher than achievable expectations many times. Not enough structure and directions for rate of growth. If you are not willing to come in on days off work over 45 hours a week and give up every weekend not the best place to work.
