Not enough time

Pros

-> 50% off of merchandise from any Under Armour, including online Under Armour. -> Benefits turn on after a set time of working with company -> College graduates who have insightful stories of what they wanted to become, yet have settled for this because of the repayment of student debt. (A plus because you do not feel like a let down, when you find out others have ended up here, despite their intentions prior to college graduation.) ->Sometimes there are snacks provided to staff, depending on the mood of the supervisor, which is not their responsibilities, yet when you constantly get team members use to it, it can become a problem.

Cons

-> Too many employees hired, not enough time in the schedule for people (especially students) to earn a decent check. Not sure about many college graduates, yet earning just crossing the $200 USD mark on a check, may not be enough for a monthly loan repayment plan. -> Schedules are so booked that the store may even call you to not come in that day. -> Small space of operations, plus the (sarcasm) wonderfully large table for employees to sit at when on break. -> Being mindful to those who are rude, one cannot simply apply the "kill them with kindness" notion here, most people that come into the store want the sales associate of a short time to know every week's sale. What happens when that sales associate isnt scheduled to work due to so many new hires, that he/she does not know what is entirely new or varied, until he/she steps in the door and is briefed on the new setup?

Pros

Fun environment. Stores attract passionate people who are bought into the company. Sales associates are just as passionate if not more the members of management about the product and company.

Cons

Schedules need to be very flexible to work around quick turn around on workload. There are some growing pains around technology. Pay for sales associates needs to be more.

Pros

the company has great drive and determination in the product arena and brand space. There is a constant focus on innovation with the goal of always being able to make athletes better.

Cons

Opportunity within the company can be challenging. Many of the promotions within the product team do not come from within the company, at least at a senior level from my experience.
