      Pros

      I have worked for Under Armour as a sales associate for 3 years now, holy cow! I got this job simply because I wanted to try a "retail" job. However, after being for three years it obviously must mean I like it, okay I LOVE it. The company provides you with shirts 3-5 times a year which is awesome. Also, the discount is AMAZING. I really like my team and we make work enjoyable. We constantly bring in food for eachother to munch on during breaks and always work as a team. It truly is a team atmosphere since we aren't based on are hourly paid not commission based.

      Cons

      Working nights and weekends can get old fast. However, if you have a fun team it can be enjoyable.

      Great advancement opportunities within the retail field. Upper management is readily accessible to employees. Great product and relaxed work setting.

      Cons

      Change or die is an unfortunate management approach. Break neck speed is the minimum speed allowed with this company. Though change is necessary, there is often not enough time to see if an idea was successful over the long term.
