It CAN be a fun atmosphere from time to time! Pretty laid back! Awesome 50% off discount! Really fun Co workers!

Cons

No incentives other than 50% off, you make your days and hours still get cut whether you make the day or not!! Corporate and management only looks out for themselves! Associates do the heavy lifting an mangers get the bonuses for it!
