      Pros

      Great Company, great benefits if you are hired on direct with the company. Plenty of opportunity for overtime for the hourly employees.

      Cons

      The compensation does not make up for how many hours are worked in the Distribution Warehouse environment for Salaried employees. It is a good company, but the Rialto, CA location is controlled by a lot of nepotism!

      The most incompetent management team I ever worked with

      Fun work environment, great customers, great product.

      Cons

      They hired me in May, It took them over a month to do my paper work which wasted my time. It took weeks of emailing different managers back and forth for them to get it done. I actually found another part time job. Then when they finally completed by profile, they complained that my availability wasn’t good enough because I got another job in the two months that they were taking their sweet time. Next three months working there were pretty okay, until I came in to work one day (yes I was scheduled ), to find out they took me off the system last minute because i was actually a seasonal worker and the season was over. When I asked why no one told me, they said “someone was supposed to give u a two week notice, but didn’t.. i guess just go home. i’m sorry”.....
