Pros

Great atmosphere, great discount on awesome clothes. Some managers are really cool and understanding of second jobs, school, etc. No uniform just wear UA and you're all good!

Cons

Not enough pay. No benefits for part-time associates. Some managers just chill and do nothing while others are working way too much, causing stress that ends up getting passed down to employees. Serious lack of career opportunities despite what company says.
