Pros

Underarmour is a great company to work for. It is a great sport company that engaged with its employees with activities. He also have great benefits. I like the three or three tournaments that are held at the DH.

Cons

Poor hours worked overnight weekends. I don't like working the twelve hour shifts on weekends. The benefits are good but the pay don't match the market

Pros

I love my coworkers and managers, they're all extremely nice and friendly. The bond we have makes us work together to achieve our sales goals. The employee discount is very nice considering Under Armour clothes are pretty expensive. I always feel happy when I'm at work and often will do overtime just to make some more cash and spend time with fellow teammates. The job is relatively easy, you just inform people of promotions, work the register, and help people find the sizes and colors of what they're looking for.

Cons

I've been with the company since May and haven't received any kind of salary increase or promotion despite being an excellent employee that gets great reviews from customers. I'm not authorized to do returns whereas employees who have started working after me have gotten increases in salary and basically the authority of a manager so I'm still confused into how moving up the ladder works around here. Starting Salary was $8.75 an hour which is pretty crummy but the discount makes up for it.
