Pros

The discount is 50% which is awesome. Can be used on top of clearance and sale items Great place to work. Majority of the employees are around the age of 25 or younger. Fast paced. Offer a great 401K plan for all employees.

Cons

No one really enjoys ever going to work. However I Haven't really located any cons just yet. Only time will tell!

Still a young company with many things constantly changing to get better, inconsistencies show we are not where we want to be as we continue to grow
