Pros

Very ambitious, employee-friendly, and challenges you to do better.

Cons

Some of the metrics they use to count employee performance are occasionally questionable in how they actually pertain to store performance.

Pros

50% discount on everything including online purchases, work uniform was to wear Under Armour so it was comfortable

Cons

You are required to wear Under Armour but are expected to buy the outfits, was hard to make any money at all at first when it was all being spent on what was required to wear to work

Pros

Under armour is a great place to work and grow if you want to work hard and fast. Rewards are great. Benefits and vacation are amazing too!

Cons

Holidays are crazy busy and work life balance gets a little lost in the shuffle. Change is constantly ongoing and over communication is constant.
