Pros

Passionate and motivated teammates working for a common purpose - incredible company culture. Vibrant atmosphere. Makes for a cool day when you go from designing a product to working out in the gym with a UA sponsored athlete!

Cons

Extremely poor college recruiting process. Fantastic summer internship program but no follow-up afterwards in regards to full-time offers even though interns were told that they would be contacted.

Pros

discount is great but i would still buy other athletic gear full priced because women's collection sucks. Pay isn't too bad compared to other retailers. Team i work with now is great and is what helps get through the day. Jumbo tron is on so we can watch the games

Cons

Corporate is EXTREMELY unorganized. CEO's friends have been hired in corporate and dont really seem to know the retail industy very well. Company keeps hiring from A&F corporate... why?! Corporate is great at micro managing and lecturing though emails but you will never see them "practice what they preach.'' They seem to focus on the wrong things and is slowly but surely losing lots of great employees.

Pros

The people are amazing. The Brand is growing and exciting. I've worked at several fantastic companies before coming to Under Armour. The best thing about being here is that you can have a huge impact, regardless of your level and time with the company. If you have ideas and are results-oriented, you can make a difference. This place is all about passion, winning, and doing great things. I love it and I'm excited to work here now - in the early days. Yeah, the discount and benefits are great, but the work we do? That's the exciting part.

Cons

If you're about the status quo, this isn't the place for you. You have to be nimble and quick. You have to be willing to have skin in the game. You determine your own balance, but it can be a grind. We are in hyper-growth mode, and that doesn't make for a laid back atmosphere. For me, that's ok. I'm excited and proud to be a part of this brand. It isn't perfect, but, I haven't yet found a place that is.
