Pros

Company is on a trajectory of growth. Great potential in the atheltic market.

Cons

There is definately a corporate 'boys club' If you are not one of the boys forget it! A crushing 'get 'er done' / 'find a way' attitude. You can't climb the corporate ladder if you are not perceived to be a 'crusher' in the work force. Asking for help is perceived as failing. There isn't a strong career path to set employees up for success. Not enough support given to employees to help them succeed. Lots of turnover at the Sr. Management positions. Extremely difficult corporate culture to become part of. Not inclusive of people who don't fit the perceived mold. Company preaches innovation but when different ideas are expressed they can be immediately silenced if not what a Sr. Executive wants to hear.

Pros

“Wear many hats” mentality due to limited staff. Good opportunity to take risks and grow yourself if you have a good manager. Nice to have a gym downstairs with great classes and trainers. Everyone is young and hungry.

Cons

Favoritism from upper leadership is ridiculous. Many women in upper leadership were laid off the past 3 years. No culture to speak of. Expectations and work loads are completely ridiculous for the pay and title. A lot of people got pushed out because they didn’t fit in and refused to play politics (even though they were very successful in their jobs and were talented). Not friendly or flexible to work-life balance or people with families. Poor communication from upper leadership. Middle management is horrific, they don’t actually support but are overpaid and keep getting promoted. People with less workloads who fit in were paid $20k more than those who were not favored and had way more work. KP preaches values and team work, yet management doesn’t follow through and it’s a dog eat dog world. Going to HR about any issues with management is a death sentence. Having been there for almost a decade, it has gone downhill real quick the past 2-3 years. The loyalty to long-time employees is non existent and they just keep hiring under qualified cheap young kids and just promoting the leaders who aren’t good managers. Management takes advantage of lack of oversight from VP level and disappears for days with no communication, but then it is expected of you to be present all day every day at your desk. Turnover rate used to be non existent and it is now 1 in every 3 people. 85% of the people I worked with when I started are now gone.

Pros

Brand discount, location offices and that is it!!! Worthy working for it?

Cons

I have nothing to gain by writing this so I encourage you to read this. It's important for you to know the truth. You need to work really hard, with an old fashion management (medival style) ONE TO ROLE THEM ALL kind of management. Management is cluless and set on stone ways or growing the brand only as 1 man sees fit and it's his way or the highway with 0 value to employees, you're just a number that can easly be replaced. No value or loyatly for the employees because management style is RULE BY FEAR. Ignorant ruler or better "manager" with little vision and no respect for the brand only hired to be THE BOSS and nothing else. If you do decide to work here, keep your head down and fall in line. Do not have an opnion because thet will be your downfall. Toxic culture starting from the top down. No room for growth if your not part of the small circle they have built here. Constant management changes make you wonder what is going on at the top. I would avoid if you want any semblance of career growth.
