Pros

Working for a aggressive branded company with a leader who has the drive and the passion to see his brand be the leader in the athletic industry.

Cons

Would have really loved an opportunity to grow within the company and it first it seamed that the sky was the limit but upper management changes really suppressed a lot of the managerial talent with any further advancement opportunities and drove away the talent who really wanted to make a difference.
