UA is an amazing place to work. The culture and environment sponsor growth, creativity and innovation. Everyone in the company is extremely personable and friendly from the moment you become apart of the Brand you are family.

Cons

It's a bit of a hassle not to be able to wear certain clothing and shoe designers.

- UA has a Great employee discount for yourself or to purchase as gifts - Generally really nice people at headquarters - Opportunity to demonstrate value by going above and beyond

Cons

- Senior Management consists of a lot of the founder's friends that may not necessarily have the qualifications and experience required to excel in those particular roles - Can be very long work hours - Baltimore as a city isn't for everyone
