recruiter hard core = they lie to draw you in to position, loss prevention rules are RIDICULOUS= they don't trust employees, prison like environment= they watch up on camera, work hours= not family friendly, company culture= robot like and if you don't get on board they mistreat you, you have to talk like them and be like them( no personal identity) very high turnover, micro manage management style. poor leadership= no communication between mgt and team.cheap customers with discount mentality, too many people involved from corporate to make simple decisions, deeming job tasks= cleaning toilets, mopping etc... not allowed to have your own mind and ideas. Intimidation culture from upper management! ( attacking style if you don't agree) A terrible place to work!!! They should be sued for how they treat employees!!! Especially if they recruit you and mislead you! It has been the WORSE job experience I have ever had in my 26 year career! If you have a mind of your own do not work here!!!

Not enough hours budgeted to each store to give great customer service; The brand does not have a consistent experience for employees from state to state; Huge disconnect in communication between the corporate office's and the store's day to day chalenges; Stock issues in many of the store's prime locations
