Pros

The unions have insured a "no layoff" clause in the latest contract. The health plans are good. The pay is pretty good

Cons

There isn't really a chance for promotion. There aren't any extra rewards, or recognition, for working hard.

Pros

Good salary and some really good people work there. Great opportunities to meet and get to know customers on route.

Cons

Must have a thick skin, supervisors talk to you like you are dim-witted. Do not make any plans for activities out side of work, If you are a temporary employee. Management will not approve request.
