Pros

Good pay and benefits. Really a simple job.

Cons

Management has no idea what is going on. Too many higher-ups justifying their own $170,000-plus jobs. Dont care and dont understand - this a service, not a business in which you must answer to the stock-holders. Needs new managers who are not part of the current/former cresw. Needs new ideas and new blood.
