Pros

This job gets your body fit, no need to work out after work. Keeps your mind sharp cause its always a constant demand to finish the job on time. No bosses around you.

Cons

There is no such thing as 2 days off EVER, be prepared to have your life and time be considered worthless to them. You are just there to save them OT, you can have an extra day off if you lose a leg or limb. I am not kidding, requests to not work 7 days straight are ignored, you literally are insulting mgt by even asking. in one month I was scheduled to work 3 7 day straight workweeks. Wow, this really will keep CCAs from not quitting.

Pros

There is absolutely nothing good about the location, department, or the people I've worked with. Needs to get rid of the United States postal service.

Cons

Low pay for a Federal job Micro Management and they're constantly arguing with one another about who's responsible for what task or usage of space and equipment. Too many managers on each shift loafing around. No team work. Everyone looks unhappy, unhealthy, and stressed out. Seen majority of the workers unable to take a few steps without limping. Saw some on bicycles in the distribution center riding around all shift like security guards. Limited parking. Lots of inoperable equipment, Worn and rusted. Shortage of equipment. Very dirty environment. Nobody seems to know who's in charge of anything. Disorganized. Regular employees always complaining about how they are tired of the company hiring Casuals during Christmas season when they could have more hours. Must clock in right on the exact start time. No minute early no minute late. Which is funny to see about 30 people at a time clock waiting like birds on a telephone wire just to punch in. The list goes on.
