Pros

Pay is good Job is easy but is physically demanding if you are not use to it Hours are available if you need them A good team will always makes the job easier and my coworkers bust their tail on the clock (all Veterans)

Cons

Some days are easier than others but the expectation is always the same (time sensitive schedule) Rarely will get two consecutive days off If you are the newbie you will pretty much have to work Amazon every Sunday

Pros

The pay and benefits are great.

Cons

Employees are no longer valued. Unit conditions poor. Insufficient training. Malicious compliance expected vs honesty and accuracy. Absence of mentoring for upward mobility and non-existant support in entry level/new hire positions to develop skills to ensure success.
