Union mentality for all sales people, when you have meetings they keep you all together all day long, few breaks, dinner and evening activiy all in same room together to prevent people from complaining amongst themselves. Very paranoid about disgruntled emplyoyees talking with others (everyone feels that way). Always treated as you were replaceable, constant turnover in the northeast, Terrible management. Managers would NEVER be a manager anyplace else, they don't leave because they know that. Sales are treated like entry level sales, 30 calls a week regardless of how many days you work (3 or more). If not you're in the dog house. Managers call you out in group meetings. All sales people are required to sit in the front rows, no spreading out. Managers sit behind you and gossip, play on their phones, think they are superior. Also all managers are groomed from within, started as sales exec's or ops people. In turn they know nothing about anything other than the UPS way. Very tunnel visioned.

Start times changes a lot, never know when you get off, went in at 5am and worked til 7pm with little or no notice, Management ... too many managers and no communication between management , employees last to be told . most of all... started out making $10.50 fours years later only making $11.50!!!! .... one last thing SCS is not union!
