Pros
Its a JOB! with benefits ...insurance, 401k, sick days, paid vacation.... lots of over time. big on safety!
Cons
Start times changes a lot, never know when you get off, went in at 5am and worked til 7pm with little or no notice, Management ... too many managers and no communication between management , employees last to be told . most of all... started out making $10.50 fours years later only making $11.50!!!! .... one last thing SCS is not union!
