the benefits are ok and getting paid weekly.

Cons

incompetent managers and leads,they pay you close to minimum wage no matter how much experience you have,no room for growth,you are promoted by the time of employment instead of what youre accomplishments were,alot of kiss a$%#$, dead end job,faulty and old equipment,terrible to the emplyees,long hours with nothing to look forward to on pay day(SERIOUSLY),working with amateurs that dont know the trade, deffinitely know why this division is non-union, i can actually say thast im shocked on how things are managed and ran, just because it says UPS on the door it doesnt mean its a great place to work for, PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS ON UPS SCS!!

Pros

Great benefits, laid back work environment for the most part. I was able to get a full time job with no experience and that was great since I was taking a break from school at the time.

Cons

In my account 1st shift screwed us over so many times and we would end up with 11+ hour nights and no one would ever do anything about it. Especially at end of the month. Management was mostly useless. I had an injury and it was like they didn't want me to go the doctor.
