incompetent managers and leads,they pay you close to minimum wage no matter how much experience you have,no room for growth,you are promoted by the time of employment instead of what youre accomplishments were,alot of kiss a$%#$, dead end job,faulty and old equipment,terrible to the emplyees,long hours with nothing to look forward to on pay day(SERIOUSLY),working with amateurs that dont know the trade, deffinitely know why this division is non-union, i can actually say thast im shocked on how things are managed and ran, just because it says UPS on the door it doesnt mean its a great place to work for, PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS ON UPS SCS!!
