Cons

Hostile work environment due to management pressures. Long hours 55-70hrs/wk Management doesn't work with employees and instead rule with an iron fist.

Working here was like

Pros

* The benefits are decent, if you can make it past the trial period. * There were overtime options, and there was usually enough for whoever needed/wanted the extra work. * They will hire anyone.

Cons

* We had VERY limited breaks (we got one 10 minute break per shift, if I recall correctly - most shifts were around 6 hours). * In training we were shown how to stack things properly, but in practice we were told to HURRY HURRY HURRY, and people were just throwing boxes in without even making sure they were secure. This was a regular (and expected) occurrence, even from management. * Many times people were moved from truck to truck and weren't able to get any real work done. One time, I was moved several times in a row, not being able to complete a single wall in any of the places I was shifted to. * Even when working "safely", this job is horrible to your body. I had a lot of previous manual labor positions, but this job was the absolute worst. I left the job after two months and still have knee and elbow issues a year and a half later. * If you are short, the stools they provide will not allow you proper access to your package walls.
