Pros

UPS is a ladder based company having the ability to move up the ranks while staying committed to the company. Easy tough work, Fast days, Hard to have a bad day when people are happy to see you, Drivers are nice and knowledgeable about any questions you might have. I find this position to be fun. Stimulating driving in the trucks!

Cons

Pay is only 10.20, on-call (seasonal), New routes daily (new drivers) everyone quits because they don't know what work is until they work for it so that means you have to pick up their shifts. (Good/Bad)
