I was a software developer there for a very short time. The pay was just too low - I only took the job to get experience. I left as soon as I found something better. Even the developers who had years of experience were poorly paid. Had to shave my beard to work there (I had a short, neat Van Dyke - not some bushy monstrosity) because their comporate policy didn't allow for employees to have any facial hair below the lips. Hard to believe. The hiring manager sat across from me in the interview, saw that I had a beard, and didn't bother to tell me I'd have to shave it off. I wasn't informed of this until after I accepted the job through a recruiter. Imagine if I'd been unwilling to shave it but had already quit a current job apon hearing I was hired!

Not all but most of the management is corrupted. I have personally been to bars with supervisors and managers as a first level agent. Additionally they where sleeping with there subordinates. I watched the women that would sleep with them get promotions over other people when they did not have the knowledge or deserve it.
