Pros

Excellent benefit, education assistance, full medical benefit, physical health like going to gym, etc.

Cons

Working with some workers do not care about other's maturity, with no control of their languages, no respects, other concerns etc. Some people feel like they own the company, when they are just employee like yourself, just because the are supervisors. To survive, you just have to keep to yourself, focus on your work and forgive everything.

Pros

Money will not be a major concern if you decide to work for this company. Stock options are ok (FT Management and above) and the stability of not worrying about layoffs are great pro's with any company.

Cons

Did you ever hear the old saying, "money can't buy happiness?" Well, it's true! They will pay you at a competitive wage rate for the job "description", but will ask for MUCH MUCH more from you physically and mentally. Example: They will require you (at management level and above) to MEMORIZE numerous pages of what they call "Safety Material" then recall at any moment. If you have a character out of place or not memorized EXACTLY how it was written, your job and livelihood will be threatened. Over the years they have taken more and more from the management side (Removing spouses from benefits, raising costs of benefits, requiring a $150/month fee for smokers.. just to name a few) while the union side experiences none of these changes. Ever heard of a vacation? Sure, but guess what, blackout dates from Nov through Dec. Restricted to 2 weeks in the summer (Oh, they call summer May 1st - September 15), and you can't take a vacation when someone else is off. Lastly, the conditions are horrible. When it's 13 degrees outside, it's 14 degrees inside and maybe 30 degrees in the office. Have you ever tried to type up reports with frostbitten fingers? Again, ask any employee or management person working for them to verify... heck, they can even wear a thermostat or temp gauge. They are all told, "The building is set at 45 degrees". What's left out is that, sure it's 45 degrees....near the heater which is located 25ft in the air! The floor will be well below FREEZING!

Pros

Good benefits after one year. Good pay to start and regular increases. I loved it here. Do your job and management leaves you alone. There are opportunities to gain more hours by working as a driver helper.

Cons

If you want to drive full time it takes a long time. Working environment is warm in the summer and cold in the winter, but it is a warehouse setting.
