High standards.
Breaks are only 10 min, everyone takes the break at the same time. Only one break.
Takes time to learn the facility layout. Will take about 2-3 weeks to fully learn it.
Supervisors are a hit or miss, IMO. YMMV. Some are better than others.
No live checks. Direct deposit or this debit card that your earnings are loaded into.
DO NOT BE LATE. THEY WILL HAND YOUR BUTT ON A PLATTER FOR IT. If you're not there at least 5 minutes early HR will yell. I cannot stress this enough. Clocking in at 3:27 for a 3:30 shift will get you shouted at.
No consistent start/end times, at least for preload. Start times (so far) can be as early as 2:45a to as late as 3:30a, depending on facility needs. 3:30a-8a is a general guideline at best. Some may leave as late as 10a.
If you work SPA, keep hands moisturized. After a full week of working my pointer finger is bleeding from sticking labels onto thousands of boxes. Invest in good quality gloves for when you get called to sort.
