Pros

Great benefits and a reputable company that delivers a superior product and that isn't going away.

Cons

Poor pay. Incompetent management. Ever changing "plans" to help you get ahead. Unrealistic demands. Lack of integrity regarding internal reporting. Unreasonable rules that work well in outside sales headquartered in the UPS centers but totally irrelevant to the Inside Sales environment. Questionable promotions. Failure to prepare promoted individuals for their new jobs. No opportunity to allow new employees to consult with the people they are replacing. Threatening employees jobs if they fail to meet multiple unrealistic expectations. Having employees sign documents stating that they recognize all their shortcomings and that if they fail to meet expectations they will be terminated. Time wasted in meetings and consultations with management that take the ISR away from their job. Worst job I've ever had.

Pros

The majority of the good reasons to work here have been removed each year they take some benefit away to keep the stock looking strong. Remaining only good reason to work here is my amount of vacation time I earned is 6 weeks a year.

Cons

There are too many cons to list them in a little paragraph. Management is distant won't give you any help or information. Training no longer exists. The CEO is running the company into ground but she's gonna walk away wealthy. They take a benefit away from the mid-level management every year. This year we got a cut in hours from twenty seven and a half to twenty five in conjunction with our 3% pay increase..They only give decent increases to entry level employees. There's no loyalty for service. You're overworked. Underpaid. It's almost impossible to go full-time because the majority of positions are part-time. Brown nosers are highly rewarded and integrity will get you fired or placed in a position where you cant affect the majority who are cheating the system. The majority of management are faking their way to the top. And nobody knows what they're doing. The place is a giant mess if you like working in a giant chaotic mess and brown nosing your way to the top this is the place for you! I almost forgot to mention anybody who's been there more than 3 years is disgruntled constantly.

Pros

I don't know. I worked at UPS 25 years ago. Anything I have to contribute is absolutely outdated and irrelevant in 2023. I'm just completing this so I can look up current employer prospects as I'm looking to re-enter the workforce.

Cons

It's stupid that I can't look up companies unless I have an account, and once I make an account, I can't look at anything (including my profile) until I've left a review or some such. It's also stupid that 2019 is the oldest option I have for every former employer I tried to list.
