Pros
- Good entry level job - You don't need an A+ (they don't verify it) - If you're good, you can do the job from any office, even your home, but your boss doesn't like that. - They can pay upto $32/hr if you're good at what you do and I mean truly good.
Cons
Hours are not conductive to having a social life, the toilets are gross, the place is filthy all the time - literally had all the big wigs in a new building and not one of them bought soap to wash their hands. management expects you to wear nice pants in summer while climbing over dusty belts and greasy rails, management also won't hire you if you have any physical or mental setbacks that they become aware of during your trial period, your trial period is a year, you do need a car, Management believes you must be onsite for a computer not working properly. The IT call center that is suppose to help with the easy stuff, can't do their job so you technically have more work than you should.
