Pros

Great team, lenient management, and interesting projects occasionally

Cons

Too much oversight on day to day operations. The amount of hoops needed to jump through to appease the new operation rules has gotten a bit extreme.

Pros

- If you're looking to have multiple sources of income this can fit in your schedule nicely. Your shift options are Preload (dawn hours circa 5AM - 9 AM), Day (noon hours circa 10AM - 3PM), Twilight (afternoon hours circa 5PM - 10 PM), Midnight (night hours circa 10PM - 4AM - Your trial period might - Great benefits that kick in after 9 months. - Have the option to become a supervisor or driver based on seniority. - Every once in a while through the year the other shifts become open for overtime hours. Especially during the peak season, which runs from mid November through mid January. - During peak season shifts start earlier than normal. Starting from around 6 every day to starting at 4 and 3. These extra hours are not optional. - Anything above 5 hours in a day is overtime pay, which is paid at time and a half. For example, if you normally make 20 an hour you'd 20 plus half of that 10 = 30 an hour.

Cons

- Hours. You don't exceed 20 hours. You get paid more than a minimum wage job but have half the hours, so you essentially make the same during most of the year. - Everything is based on seniority. Can take years to get to a different position you're interested in as there's people ahead of you. - Your time clock is recorded on paper, so take a look at it every daily. One mistake and you're getting paid less. - Track your hours. Sometimes you'll get underpaid. - Remember you're easily replaceable so don't force yourself to the point where you have a broken back in 10 years.
