Cons

Can take years to get to a different position you're interested in as there's people ahead of you. - Your time clock is recorded on paper, so take a look at it every daily. One mistake and you're getting paid less. - Track your hours. Sometimes you'll get underpaid. - Remember you're easily replaceable so don't force yourself to the point where you have a broken back in 10 years.
