Pros

At least I didn't have leave my house

Cons

Company puts you through multiple steps of interviews with a platform only compatible on Windows 10. Onboarding takes months. Then if you are finally onboarded you are put in a holding pattern with no answers about the ETA of your job starting time because there are 'too many applicants'. This is for a job paying nearly minimum wage to an endless batch of saps with useless humanities and MA degrees. If you ever wanted to feel completely expendable and worthless as if waiting in a digital bread and water line then this is the job for you. It will be months before you can actually start working. You're paid little. There are so many applicants they cannot even guarantee you work if hired. Also a caveat, you can't do this overseas even though the job is remote.

Pros

Flexible hours, easy, can be done from home,

Cons

Tutors are held accountable for everything, extremely high expectation, extremely low pay, no respect for the tutor's knowledge and tutoring style, mentors will always get u fired! Dont work here if you value ur time and knowledge. They will make you feel like crap and pick on every stupid thing they can possibly pick on. They literally higher you to fire you before it's time for your promotion for unknown and unclear reasons.
