Pros

Unlimited hours and work when you want

Cons

They lowballed me in regards to pay ($15) instead of their advertised $17 starting. The fired me for having technical issues with their out of date platform. It would kick me out or hold me without letting me leave. I had to buy a new laptop for their program. Their quality assurance manager aren't qualified to be managers. And can be really petty and not understanding. Lengthy interview and expectations for very low pay.

Pros

Flexible Hours (Make Your Own Schedule), Decent Hourly Rates, Comfortable Interface

Cons

Minimum Guaranteed Hours and availability of Night Hours have consistently declined over the years. My hourly rate has gone up but the amount I earn each week now at the Master Level is close to 1/3 what I used to earn when I first started working here due to hour cuts. Students seem less motivated lately, particularly in the wake of AI, often having an attitude of "do it for me" rather than wanting to learn which can be frustrating to deal with.
