- Small organization - India - Good exposure - very good culture

Cons

- Incompetent 4-5 people driving entire India , many decisions are taken just to protect their position, Not promoting right people, favorize few people only for benefits & promotions. Promoting non competent employees just to showcase diversity in Finance & HR is not acceptable.
