      Pros

      Good pay and great benefits. Lots of company get togethers, opportunities to network or volunteer, and plenty of training opportunities.

      Cons

      As with any construction focused job, work life balance can be challenging. There is always a ton of work to focus on and often long work days including some weekends.

      Level 1 engineers receive time and a half overtime pay over 40 hours a week however there is no over time pay once you are promoted to a level 2

      Cons

      You will be expected to rotate late night and Saturday shifts with your coworkers and work much more than 40 hours a week
