      Nationally, a prominent company with good resources available to staff

      Cons

      Highly political culture. If you are among the chosen few, you will do well, even with marginal performance. If you are not among the chosen, you will struggle to be noticed and rewarded. Staff are expected to commute great distances for remote projects, work extended hours, weekends, and often holidays too.

      Lack of work/life balance, not accepting of DEI & community/citizenship efforts even though they pretend to be, Klan like culture, favoritism, unfair work distribution amongst team members, no clear promotion pathway or guidance/mentorship, retaliation if you have differing thoughts or opinions, never appreciated or given accolades no matter what you do, sweat shop like hours, unethical and immoral behavior amongst most & especially with coworkers that have been with the company for 10+ years and have formed cliques. Your mental health will suffer a great deal. They care about schedule & bonuses over safety in any situation.
