Lack of work/life balance, not accepting of DEI & community/citizenship efforts even though they pretend to be, Klan like culture, favoritism, unfair work distribution amongst team members, no clear promotion pathway or guidance/mentorship, retaliation if you have differing thoughts or opinions, never appreciated or given accolades no matter what you do, sweat shop like hours, unethical and immoral behavior amongst most & especially with coworkers that have been with the company for 10+ years and have formed cliques. Your mental health will suffer a great deal. They care about schedule & bonuses over safety in any situation.
