      Pros

      Good pay & benefits, Work/Life Balance is good if your manager believes in it

      Cons

      Old Boys Club, "Career Development" is a bunch of BS - you only get the good assignments if you are liked which is seemingly unrelated to your talent and ability.

      Pros

      Decent people, although not at all a young fun atmosphere. Plenty of free lunches after meetings.

      Cons

      Boring. Had zero interest in my job, not to mention the entire construction industry. it was an entry level position and my 2nd out of college. The senior level management was a bunch of stuffy old men, who pretty much ignored the subordinates. I felt that the company was badly in needed of modernization and advancements, technologically speaking. A lot of areas seemed very wasteful tp me.

      Pros

      Turner is a great place to experience challanging projects and build problem solving skills. You learn about yourself and what type of responsibilites you can handle.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. If you want to be a positive, contributing member of your team, you have zero time for a social life. 12 hour days, 5 days in a row are standard. Younger guys get the shaft from upper management.
